Ann, there is no such thing as 'the best machine.' If there were, the best and the cheapest would be the only two machines on the market! You would need to describe what features, applications and usage situations are most important to you as well as price range you need to stay in since each machine varies with options. Just looking at the Toshiba product page at http://www.medical.toshiba.com/products/us/default.aspx suggests that there are a wide range of applications on their different machines. Also, the country that you are in might determine which products are available. Are all of these available in your area and does service exist for them?
