Description

A 12-step based suport group for OCD and similar disorders (including hair pulling, skin picking, etc.) The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop harmful behaviors. We meet weekly in Castro Valley (the East Bay of the San Francisco Bay Area.) This yahoo group is for group announcements, discussion, etc. related to recovery from these disorders.

We recommend and use the following books in our meetings:
Obessesive Compulsive Anonymous
Alchoholics Anonymous (the "Big Book")
Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions
