This group is also for those who are struggling with eating disorders females and males. If you are recovered/cured from your e/d we welcome you to join. We are well aware that young children are struggling with eating disorders so if you would like to join this group for them please do. There are many types of eating disorders: Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, a combination of Anorexia and Bulimia, Binge Eating Disorder (BED), etc. We have a Nurse Consultant and her name is Lynda.

According to ANAD (National Association of Anorexia Nervosa and Associated Disorders) people can become "cured" of their e/d. We know that e/d is not solely about food or lack of food that there is a root cause/reason, i.e., sexual abuse, abuse, and the possibility of genetics. We would like to have chats weekly that would last an hour. NO SPAM! Disruptive excursions into politics, religion, ethnic insults, etc. No abuse of members will be tolerated. Members are freely allowed to view their opinions, but never throw insults at one another. If you don't suffer from e/d or don't know someone who is don't Post! ED's (all types) are life-threatening and you don't have to look sick or emaciated for treatment! Can't heal yourselves, wish it away, etc. I understand b/c I've been there!
