Since stopping is easy, and we don't need to "white-knuckle" it, there shouldn't be much reason to discuss our own problems with stopping, since there aren't any.

Instead, the focus here is on our continued realizations about how we have been brainwashed, how society is brainwashed, so that we keep remembering not to fall again for that "confidence trick."
