You guys, would it be possible for me to build a FIR using a dry sauna kit and
ceramic FIR
heaters (from Canadian Tire)?

Do I go to home depot like and pick up a wet sauna kit and replace the heaters?
Has
anyone done this? FIR sauna, which I need desperately, with skeletal fluorosis,
I cannot
keep warm.

If you hugged me I would be a hottie though...LOLOLOLOLOL.....but cold, cold
hands.

that we can be informed to make choices that will promote our health, that of

EMF generates electric and magnetic
waves, natural to electircal energy, that cause
excessive amounts of heat. The faster the wave of that
energy, the faster it is to get to another EMF source
of equal or greater value.

The strength of electromagnetic field emmsisons is
seen in microwave. The fundamental principle behind a
microwave is to use high frequency wave that breaks
water molecules to create heat from friction.

When an EMF is absorbed by the body, it makes the
cells heat up, thereby releasing water. In industry
reports for the operation of heavy equipment, it is
reported that EMF, even low magnetic field continous
over a measurable length of time will cause decreased
productions in melatonin, increase metabolic function
of fatty protiens (they basically emulsify). It is
also a reported factor in diminished immune system
response, descreased reproductioin, miscarriage,
chronic fatigue, and leukemia.

Why hydrogen flouride to EMF, because HF moves so
quickly, it creates its own Electromagnetic Frequency.
Unimpeded, the HF particle suspend and keep resonate
at a magentic field distance based on their frequency,
which can be measured by heat. The measurement would
be the heat of the whole HF cloud, which by itself can
be tolerated for just short period of time, perhaps
measured in milliseconds.

Electromagnetic fields are categorized into two
groups: Electromagnetic Interference and
Electromagnetic Frequency. Emissions that are harmful
to the body are the stronger electromagentic fields,
measured in milligauss (mG).

HF gives off heat which gives of EMF which can be
measured by mG.

Whether exposed to EMF by way of chemcial, HF, sodium
fluroide, fluorophenyl, fluorosilic acid, or
electrical byproduct emission, results in the same
degradation of aspiration of cellular fluid, loss of
salt, dehydration. It basically causes internal
burning which causes a slow process of pure protien
coagulation.

It does not sound pretty. Let me tell, as bad as it sounds, it is even worse to
live through.
But ya can......

I do FIR saunas as recommended in Sherry Roger's book, "Detoxify or Die".
Not everybody recommends FIR the way she does but it seems to work for me.
I have found it works very well to lower the body burden of mercury so that
the ALA I take according to the Andy Cutler method doesn't pull the mercury
into the brain but instead pulls it out of the brain.

Hi all,

I was just educating myself about the latest LCD televisions
on the market, and I see that some of these can be used as
computer monitors as well.  What's significant about this
is that TVs are much larger and have much lower resolution
than a typical LCD computer monitor, so you could place
it several feet away from you and still be able to read it
just fine.  For example, I see that Sony sells a 32" LCD
with a resolution of 768 x 1360 pixels!  (although I suspect
that the 23" model would be the one I'd pick, also at
768 x 1360 pixels).

So it seems that this may be an option for people who need
to keep their distance from computer monitors.

   was quite shocked to see my name on the list this morning and dreaded reading
the post.. oh well, that spirit of wine.. spelling was not even that bad   not

Actually Ian, iodine is found in sea weed but it is not the most bio available.
Sea weed is
kind of like the liver of the sea. Helps to filter out the garbage.

The best source of natural iodine is Sea Kelp. The best way to get iodine is by
bathing in
prepared iodine using Sea Kelp. Sea Kelp can be purchased from a chinese grocer.

To prepare the iodine, use half the package of sea kelp. Place in stainless
steel pot, ONLY
stainless steel, use 1 litre of unfluoridated water, or enough to cover kelp.
Bring to boil
then let simmer for 10 minutes.

Poor iodine into bath with 1 kilo of sea salt.

Soak and hour. Make sure you get the water has warm as you can. Without burning
your
skin of course. Get some books, like Women Who Run With Wolves, by Clarissa
Estes, or
Women: An Intimate Geography, by Natalie Angier...oh...oh...you need music.

I like Blue Rodeo, Match Box Twenty.....Johnny Lang....ah....oh heck, what would
a good

   in my case most problems have been with the ground (electricity and body-wise)
simply grounding the wire. Simply telling an electician to ground a an
application has done the trick (as simple grounding exersizes have, oh
electricians name wa angel and i tripped on Maya and cut my knee the night
before ) REAL electricians use four wires hot cold neutraL AND GROUND WHICH\\\
is not third world practice..

thanks for your answer.


I did not use a meter. The fact that fields are strong(i feel it) when
there is no application  running and that shielding the switch and
grounding it  by connecting the switch by aluminiumfoil to the floor
gives some relief, showed that electric fields are a problem.

field or magnetic field? What meter are you using?

The reason I ask is that a grounded conductive surface will shield an
electric field very easily. So either you have multiple sources of electric
field, or perhaps we are talking about magnetic field?

I use an MP3 player in my car... I think it bothers me a little, but
it's not a big deal.  It doesn't have a large display, which I think
might cause people problems.

One thing that may not be ES related, is that I get bothered by
poor MP3 encoding!  That is, if the bitrate is less than 128kbps
or if variable bitrate encoding is used, I get a headache!  However,
I do just fine with a higher bitrate (I tend to use 160 kbps average
bitrate).  I've read that this sort of thing is called "aural fatigue".

I seem to remember that the UK NRPB did measure fields around masts and
found that you could get a reduced level in a small arc just below them.  I
tried measuring round a local mast, and there may have been a drop, but the
level was still pretty high.  Should depend on the height of mast and type
of equipment.

Now that a couple people have noticed this, about the house seeming
okay, very near a mast, I have a thought.

You know how the garden sprinklers on a post that go round and round
make an arch? If you get near the center, in the right area, you don't
get hit with the water.

Depending how the waves go out from the mast, it may be doing something
very similar.  Anyone who could test this?

It's been suggested that hybrid cars would be likely to give ES folks a
problem, especially those who are sensitive in particular to magnetic
fields.  The large electric motor of the car would tend to produce such
fields.  This would not affect normal people, but it seems unlikely that the
motor could be shielded well enough to avoid affecting susceptible people.

I test drove a Toyota Prius for a weekend once, but didn't notice much.
I didn't like the fact that it had an RF-transmitting key (without a

metal key to turn on the ignition), or that it had a large LCD display
just to use the radio.  Fortunately, the car that I would most likely
buy
to replace my current car (Acura Integra->RSX) is still relatively
"low-tech".

As I piece together the happenings in my life, and learn more about
radiation, I can tell you it is radiation poisoning. Not the mass
dose I, or several of us here received in addition to the rest, but
all the little bits we are exposed to over time, which is cumualtive.

Because all the symptoms don't show up at once in one batch, they're
not recognized as that, but each as an individual problem, being they
are spread out over a longer range of time.

How are the groups responsible for these "accidents" going to be held
accountable?  Most likely they aren't, being it makes it harder to
pinpoint, although enough decades have gone by, that more and more
people are showing up with these problems worldwide, and eventually
the piper is going to have to be paid.

AC energy is more frenetic or chaotic, DC smoother.

I have a Clarus (I know some here didn't like them, but it does help
change the energy around the place, that I can feel.  Not as good as

Yes, my thyroid is low.  Not enough to get most drs. to prescribe
anything, and that same problem was corrected that way with a friend
that was boderline low.
However, the longer I live, the less I want to do with any
pharmeceuticals anyhow.

I do use iodine at times, but this is much more than that.  How did
my thyroid become low to start with? (Along with all systems.)

   again .. just a little addition.. the crystals (cut, work best for me, or
the tachyonized tlc-bar that time)_ Besides on points at the ears,
fingertips/hands, footsoles.. Between every vertebrate.. have someone stick

Subject: Alberta Weather..

At the Spring Equinox, our air is pulled from the Alaska, which pulls from
the Aelutians,
which pulls from Russia, which pulls from Ukraine, then Afghanistan...well
you get my drift
here. We are drawing air from a war theatre.

Yesterday, there was a 7.8 earthquake in Northern Russia. This magnitude
quake has
never been seen in this type of geological configuration. They likened it to
the quake of
1900 that hit San Fran. Unusual, because there was no seismic to measure
that quake,
back then and any speculation now is well rather moot.

So, what does this mean for me and all my buddies under the Alberta Clipper.
We have an
EMF that is being transmitted along the Alberta Clipper within the geozone
of the earth.

The affects of earthquakes are going to follow the wind. Because the earth
quake was
going down the Alberta Clipper trail, the wind above it was going the other
way. The wind
was being drawn from the South by South East going Northwest. The vector of
the eath
quake was going South East FROM the north west.

This cause an high element of heat today. Higher elevations got a reprieve
from that low
NO2 mass that is right on top of the Clipper.

Although it relieves the NO2 air pressure, it draw EMF from the ground and
it goes up.

KEEP OUT OF THE WIND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now is the time when having and using each day a EMF shield is going to help
make you
more comfortable.

I purchased a Shield Life. This provides carbon, fir and emf shield. It is

know it seems expensive but relatively speaking, it works and if you happen
to purchase
one, you can begin the degaussing process of removing hydrogen fluoride EMF
toxin from

That sounds like a useful product -- does it have a name?  It is sold on a
website?
Trying computers in the store can be helpful, but sometimes you need a few days
of
experience with a computer before really bad symptoms appear, so I'm wondering
if
this tool might be more useful for a quick assessment?

Jane, we've been living in the "cool" house under the mast for about a week.
Experience is
confirming our initial impressions. My husband has more energy here, sleeps
better,
electrical appliances do not seem to harm him as much as in previous homes. The
cell
tower does not seem to affect him while we are inside the apartment. He wears
the
LessEMF cap when he goes outdoors. Too early for firm conclusions, but I'll keep
you
posted.

Your symptoms in your current home (high household EMFs) are *strikingly*
similar to my
husband's in our previous (EMF soup) home: poor sleep, low energy, fuzzy
thinking, high
pain, the sense of being "cooked" from the inside. My husband used to say his
blood was
boiling. He felt these symptoms in our general neighborhood (they receded as we
drove
away) and they got stronger as we approached our particular building (in our
carport,
before we even entered our apartment). Our building was surrounded by overhead
cables
on the side near our apartment and also the building itself was old, with
outdated (and
almost certainly faulty) wiring.

Jane, are you able to turn off all the power to your house at night? We found
that this
helped with sleep. My husband had exactly the sleep problem you're describing --
mind
unable to get a grip on sleep -- he had it for years, before we recognized the
EMF issue.
He tried every prescription and non-prescription sleep aid available. When we
finally just
started turning off all power to our apartment at night, he did a little better.

I don't know what HP does that makes their laptops seem "quieter" EMF-wise than
other
makes. I spent several afternoons at the local computer superstore doing
comparisons,
using my own body as a gauge. I also used a simple device (obtained from Graham
Stetzer)
that I wired to my arm and leg, that amplified the electrical current running
through my
body so that I could actually hear it: more current = louder buzz. The Toshiba
laptops
were consistently very buzzy, the HPs very quiet. Other makes were somewhere in
the
middle. Something else that struck me while making these comparisons: Apple
laptops
were also very buzzy, but the Apple desktops were significantly less so. (So--we
can't
assume a manufacturer that does something right in its desktops will necessarily
get the
same thing right with its laptops, or vice versa.) I believe I also observed
similar
differences in different makes of LCD monitor screen.

Thanks for the file Marc.

It is annoying, just like the myriad names they've given CFS.

What it all comes down to is radiation poisoning. They aren't going
to call it that though, people might start getting upset then, lol.

I guess in the meantime the best we can do is try to protect against
like we are trying here.

I'd like to add, it wouldn't hurt for any of us to be looking into
more bodily protection from the radioactive fallout spreading around
the globe from the war in the mideast, and the war "games" that have
been going on with other countries these past couple months.

I keep forgetting to put this- one of the few things that protects
against magnetic fields is water.  If there's anyone building a
house, or even greenhouse (which this is used for), it might be worth
looking into incorporating.  It's called "Water Wall Bags". I found
it in a catalog, www.GrowersSupply.com  I'd guess it could be gotten
cheaper elsewhere.
