Straw bale houses can be heated very easily. "With a candle," people
say jokingly. Not quite that easily, but very, very easily. As fossil
fuels get scarcer, a passive-solar-heated straw bale house looks better and
better. Much cheaper to build, too.
Yes, I know y'all can't go out and build a house, but in a few more
years those who did may be sitting cozy in cold times.

Shivani

Hello,
according to the advertisement, it makes only positively charged ions.
The IonCleanse machine makes positively as well as negatively charged ions,
and those in several fixed and adjustable programs.
We see the difference between the positively and the negatively.
They use the same color charts, etc, so it is a cheap imitation.
But, of course it is cheaper.

Hi,
Have not really stressed this, maybe. Healing took place in jumps around
massage and crystals. Myrrh and aloe and scented oils.
See the boys next door. They spend their day drawing the Volcom logo, their
T-shirts have a crystal heart. Woke up remembering the feeling of my last
massage, when the masseuse put a crystal on my heart. That very large and clear
crystal really got it off my chest.
Gonna get me that crystal in my heart.

It has been a long time since I drank water of any kind just straight
from the machine. I used to drink it like that. I'd fill up a jug
or two and take it with me to work. I even tried zapping the water
with a frequency using a device I made out of Rife equipment. I had
read about an experiment in Russia with water that had been zapped
and then drank to cure some illness. But nowadays I just use the
water to make my mixture of physillum husks, black strap molasis and
sonne clay bentonite. I will say it was better than drinking water
from the tap and better than drinking distilled water that I had
drank for a long time before that. I never tried to use the machine
to apply acidic water to anything to clean it. Except maybe once or
twice I soaked my feet in acidic water from the machine. Didn't
notice anything different. When you listen to people try to explain
what the water does it does sound pretty healthy. I tried Penta
water from the health food store which is supposed to be made in a
similar way. I could feel something positive from it but hard to
explain especially since it was so long ago and I can't really
remember except that it was a good reaction. You might try some
Penta water and if you like it then it might be worth the investment
to buy the machine that makes something very similar to it.

How does this work? I never had ES until I used my cell phone (of
course I never owned a cell phone before and live pretty much in
a "dead" zone, frequency-wise.) Could my recent use of neg ion water
be causing me to have ES symptoms? (Well, I must qualify that--the
feeling I had using the cell phone--like something pulling out of or
vibrating in my jaws and eyes and forehead above my eyes--I have had
at times before, but never knew what caused it at the time. I had it
very infrequently, however. This, btw, feels like a sinus thing. Is
this the same feeling you all get? I know that you with bad ES get
worse than this, but, I mean is this pain around sinuses normal to
what one would get with ES?)

Hi Evie,
My experience with alkaline water is that it gets an energy out of my body
faster, an energy I want to go out of it, . My experience with sinus things,
usually shortlived in my case, just blow my nose, is it also gets out what i
want to go out of my body.
If you picture a white light of unconditional love, or unconditional
love-shower while praying, relaxing or meditating, you may get some symptoms.
These symtoms are generally what i have also been looking for in anything i use,
ginseng and tumeric (raw in nose for exaample)..
Go with your intuition and try to avoid mental choices.

Hi, Cara,
Oh! Thanks for clarifying that. Yes, I was talking of other brands. That
was why I sent all the site addies for the drinking water machines. They are
all different prices, too, and I am not always sure, reading the sites, what the
differences are. You really don't have much to go on with some of the
explanations.

The IonCleanse machine is top notch.
Of course there are cheaper imitations (1400 $), but they do have
limitations, in safety and others (electrical shocks).
It is explained on their website.
The IonCleanse is also electrically approved and has CE mark.
I do have all those certifications.
The plates corrode. Depending on the water and the persons detoxification,
they say that they have a lifetime of 20-60 times of use.
Replacements cost 65 $.
It is rather expensive.
But a Rife machine or a Lakhovsky Multiple Wave Oscillator is also
expensive.
Being healthy is not cheap and costs money.
The trick is not a bath with ionized water, but the change of positive to
negative and back at a certain voltage and amps does by osmosis the
detoxification work.
The ions go into the body and pull the poisons out.

Hi, Marc,
True--you wouldn't have the water ionizing while using it. I wonder whether
the ionic water itself in a foot bath would have any effect? Do the neg ions
get continually replenished in an ionic foot bath?
Thanks, Marc, re your take on alkaline water.
Good health,
Diane
Marc Martin <marc@...> wrote:

I don't think you're going to get the same kind of results from
soaking your feet in alkaline water that you would get from one of
these ionic foot baths. I think the devices in the foot baths
are creating an environment in the water that cannot be
maintained once the device is turned off (note that when you
are doing these foot baths, your feet are sharing the water
with a device that is turned on and actively doing something
to the water)

My experience is that alkaline water (water treated with
Megahydrin, Active H, etc.) relieves ES symptoms
immediately. Although if your body is too alkaline to start
with, then alkaline water will throw you further out of
balance. So I suspect it varies by a person's current body
pH.

I don't think I've tried the IonClease specifically, but I
have tried two similar types of devices. I wasn't impressed,
although I suppose it could have taken many sessions to get
results.

Hi, Quaixmen,
I *think* that the water is the same--the alkaline water from the water
machine--that they use in the electrolized foot baths. So, yes, therefore one
should be able to use it in a regular footbath and get similar results. I have

anything else? Do you use the positive water for cleaning like they propose in
the ads; how does that work for you? Is there anything you wish was different
on your machine? Sorry--I have so many questions. Thanks in advance for any
info you have.
To anybody here that can answer this.... Is the highly alkaline water bad for
ES because of adding negative ions to your body that then attract positive "bad"
ions from cell masts, pollution, etc? How does this work? I never had ES until

That seems kind of expensive... I thought that the going rate
around here was $30 for 30 minutes...
Marc
Quaixemen, if you are curious about the specific IonCleanse (foot bath) machine
that
Charles is using, you may want to call the toll free number from the "A Major
Difference"
website that Charles posted. Here in my area (San Francisco) they were able to
refer me to
two different practitioners with IonCleanse equipment. I called one yesterday,
and the rate
for a half hour ionic foot bath session is $65.

Toll free number for referrals to local practitioners: (877) 315-8638
Good luck!

Sorry to hear about your response to your cell phone, Diane. My husband has a
strong ES
reaction to cell phones up to 10 feet away or more (sharp headache). He avoids
cell
phones altogether; carries a cell phone in on trips in case of emergencies but
mostly
keeps it turned off. I am much less sensitive, so I sometimes use my cell phone
for text
messaging (arm's length away, and not for extended periods). I almost never use
my cell
phone close to my head. If my phone rings and I must answer it, I immediately
ask the
caller if I may return the call on another line. I hang up and call them back on
a regular
phone line. It's not the most convenient solution but it beats the headaches. In
my
experience cell phones are the worst thing you can do if you have ES. And if you
aren't
already electrically sensitive, cell phone use will get you there FAST.

using it 3 feet

As I recall, the woman in my area who was testing one out visually
compared the results of the water by running it with and without feet
in it. There was some discoloration in the water without feet, but
it was not nearly as much "muck", "foam", "gunk", and "specks" as
when it was run with feet. As I recall, I think she had to add
some salt to the water before putting the device into it.

I did not measure it yet, but it does not give any effect sofar.
It runs on 2 Amps and under 20 Volts DC.

Yes, we tried distilled water, but in order to have the right amps, some
salt must be added.
20-40 % of the found residues in the water come from the water; the rest
coms out of the body.
> 3] Do you add anything to the water under normal use?
Yes some seasalt in order to achieve the right Amps

The metal electrode plates are placed inside an array.

We have not tried that yet.
> 6] is it possible that a current is flowing through the body (in one foot

It is not the current that is working.
The positive and/or negative ions go into the body by osmosis and drag the
garbage out.
> 7] has anyone analysed the water to compare the final bath without feet
> compared to with feet? What ions, proteins, fats, sugars, etc are present?
Yes, there are reports about that.
Also, what metals and how much are coming out.
> It would be so useful to know what aspect of this "therapy" is responsible

It is my opinion, that people who do have a *history* are succeptible for
becoming electrosensitive.
This *history* has a lot to do with chemicals, pollution, poisons, heavy
metals, etc which are stored inside our body, and which weaken our
immunesystem.
The book *Amalagam Illness* by Andrew Hall Cutler reads like a horror story.
Most stuff we use today are stuffed with pollutants (read the books by Hulda
Clark).
Like most deodorants contain a lot of aluminium.
Many years ago, doctors wanted to cut the eye out of my neighbour, becaus
she had a heavy infection on her eye.
When she started to stop using a certain eye make-up, the infection went
away.
Everything we eat and drink contains pollutants.
Most remain layered in the body.
I think, that this foot spa may help to get them out.
But, that is my opinion.
The effects are very promising.
Although it is not cheap.
But, being healthy costs a lot nowadays.
We have found that a liver cleansing according to the method of Hulda Clark
(takes 24 hours) helps people also a lot, and when they have ejected the
gallstones that way, they feel better, and also their electrosensibility
level is somewhat lessened.

This is so remarkable! I am so curious to know more.
Charles, if you can, do you know any more about the following:
1] what is the strength and character of the electromagnetic fields in the
vicinity of the device while it is operating? What EMF is the bather
exposed to?
2] have you tried the bath using distilled water? I see that local water
mineral content will vary the color of the final bath, even if no feet are
present. Color change using distilled water (and no feet) will be due only
to what the electrodes are adding to the water.
3] Do you add anything to the water under normal use?
4] do you know what the electrodes are made from? Which metal(s) are being
introduced into the water (body)? How is this device any different from an
electroplating bath?
5] is the effect the same if the hands (or other body parts) are soaked?
6] is it possible that a current is flowing through the body (in one foot
and out the other) while soaking? What happens if only 1 foot is soaked?
7] has anyone analysed the water to compare the final bath without feet
compared to with feet? What ions, proteins, fats, sugars, etc are present?
It would be so useful to know what aspect of this "therapy" is responsible
for the benefit. It could help us greatly to understand possible causes of
ES, and alternative treatments too!

Hi, Quaixemen (and Ian),
I saw two machines--one brand had an $800 and $1300 model (neither of these
make alot of water/batch. I think the costlier one splits a gallon of water at
a time--ie outputs half a gallon of negative ion water). I forget the cost of
the other brand of machine, but it was higher priced, but also had more settings
on it, so that you could control the alkalinity/acidity of the water. I do not
have that info handy right now and have visitors for Christmas right now, so
don't have time to find it. After the holidays I will send it, tho. Also,
Ian, I will send you the info you asked for, too, re zonulin tight junction
damage after Christmas. I just got swamped with holiday stuff and have only
been keeping up with email by reading posts, but not answering any mail. But I
didn't want you to think I was ignoring your questions.
Happy Holidays,
Diane
