Electromagnetic Interference

This is a quote from his book Dreamhealer, pages 63, 64 and 65

"Recently, I had a very interesting experience with auras and electromagnetic
frequencies. While I was visiting the Institute of Noetic Sciences (IONS) campus
in Petaluma, California, Dr. Dean Radin, the institute's chief scientist, gave
me a tour of the research facilities. What interested me most was a Faraday cage
the insatiate had built for psychic research. Named after its inventor,
physicist Michael Faraday, the Faraday cage was first built in 1836. It is
designed to prevent the passage of electromagnetic waves through a type of
shielding. Because there are no electromagnetic waves, and therefore no electric
field inside it, it was useful in conducting electrical studies, Although it was
not designed for the paranormal research it is used for at IONS today, it is
proving very useful in that field.

My parents and I walked into this room with Dr. Radin and the door was closed
behind us. It was amazing, I saw for the first time what an aura looks like when
it is not being bombarded with unwanted electromagnetic frequencies. The auras
looked clean, without any jagged edges or static-looking texture. All auras that
I had seen up to this point looked frazzled. I was unaware of this constant
impact of EMF, or electromagnetic frequency, which is the magnetic energy that
is all around us. This was an unexpected revelation. Since I had never had the
opportunity to see auras in this pristine form, I had no expectation of what
they should look like. I am excited about the possibilities that the Faraday
cage presents, and in the future, I hope to test the effectiveness of healing
from within a Faraday cage. For instance, I wonder if a face to face treatment
would be more effective in the cage, as the auras are so much clearer to me.
Also, I wonder whether this clearness of aura would affect the efficacy of
distant healing.

From this experience, it is clear to me what an enormous impact EMF has on our
health and wellness. Several years ago, I underwent a brain-mapping test. I was
curious to see if my brainwave activity changes when I access someone's hologram
for healing. A cap placed on my head was wired with electrodes to measure brain
activity as I connected to someone's hologram It seemed like a wonderful idea
until the mild electrical current, the electromagnetic filed, was turned on.
Immediately I felt uncomfortable and distressed. There was no way I could
connect to anything or anyone in my agitated state. I also immediately got a
headache and could not concentrate. The test was over none too soon. I had been
unable to do anything during the entire test because of the pain and distress I
felt. The headache stayed with me for the afternoon.

My physical reaction to the electoral current surprised me. The only conclusion
I could reach is that I am sensitive even to very low voltage being applied to
my head. I was concerned that it might have damaged some of my connection to the
field but the negative effects were temporary.

I have noticed that I don't feel well if I am near high-voltage power lines for
any length of time. Also, I am always aware of my cell phone because I feel
numbness in my body where I carry it. I believe that we all are affected by a
variety of electrical currents that surround us in modern life. Appar3ently, I
am just more sensitive than the average person to the effect of electromagnetic
frequency.

Generally, the level of electromagnetic frequency interference that we are
usually exposed to does not appear to be a major problem when I do aura
readings. We have all grown accustomed to their existence. Electromagnetic
frequencies certainly do have an effect on auras and may in the effectiveness of
healing as well. I look forward to exploring that comparison some day."
