Re: [eSens] Best supplement for "burning face" symptom?

hi again, Rticle,

i have mentioned this before but it isn't necessarily something others would
remember....  i took B12 for years during the day with other vitamins and
noticed no help for my ES symptoms.  (i noticed it did help my liver detox
things when i took it during the day.)  but i accidently took it before bed one
night (a sublingual form that bypasses the digestive tract) and THAT was when i
began to notice it helped my vibrating at night and skin burning the next day
when i got on the computer, etc.  B12 only helps me with these, tho, if i take
it at night.

I do wonder - though I've been taking a B-Complex, and do not eat a vegetarian
diet...

Subject: [eSens] Best supplement for "burning face" symptom?

Hi everyone,

Lately I've been experiencing "burning face"; it's not really a "burning", but
more like a sensation that's similar, but not "hot" feeling, kind of, but not
very, tingly. It only happens on the left side of the face. I seem to notice it
most when I'm on this computer for a long time, but not always.

It could be unrelated to that because it's not consistent, but since it's
something I'm sure some of you have experienced to varying degrees, it would be
nice to hear of anything you've had success with for alleviating it.

I'm currently taking up to 4 or 5 grams of Vit. C a day (though I don't know if
it's food-source vitamin C), a B-Complex, sometimes Calcium/Magnesium, or a full
spectrum Mineral formula (NOW brand)...occasional ly Vitamin D, sometimes Purica
Recovery or Cissus RX for joint issues. I can't say any of these cause
noticeable aggravation.

Any thoughts, I'd be happy to hear of them. Antioxidants (more powerful ones)
come to mind, but I'm not sure...

Thank you!

R.

First you should rule out that the "burning face" isn't being caused by one of the supplements you are taking! After that, I'd look into adding antioxidants,...
