That't a big symptom for me & do get that when I sit in front of my computer.
Avoid it is the only thing I know to avoid the burning. Loni

Subject: [eSens] Best supplement for "burning face" symptom?

Hi everyone,
Lately I've been experiencing "burning face"; it's not really a "burning", but
more like a sensation that's similar, but not "hot" feeling, kind of, but not
very, tingly. It only happens on the left side of the face. I seem to notice it
most when I'm on this computer for a long time, but not always.
It could be unrelated to that because it's not consistent, but since it's
something I'm sure some of you have experienced to varying degrees, it would be
nice to hear of anything you've had success with for alleviating it.
I'm currently taking up to 4 or 5 grams of Vit. C a day (though I don't know if
it's food-source vitamin C), a B-Complex, sometimes Calcium/Magnesium, or a full
spectrum Mineral formula (NOW brand)...occasional ly Vitamin D, sometimes Purica
Recovery or Cissus RX for joint issues. I can't say any of these cause
noticeable aggravation.
Any thoughts, I'd be happy to hear of them. Antioxidants (more powerful ones)
come to mind, but I'm not sure...
Thank you!
R.
