Re: [eSens] Re: Best supplement for "burning face" symptom?

hi, Rticle and Others,

i have face burning with all that Mike mentioned his wife has problems with,
plus a few things.  but i do not always experience the burning.  how much and
what i am detoxing makes it worse--it can make me very much worse.  also which
supplements i am taking (or foods i have eaten) can make me better or worse.
B12 helps me personally with the burning.  D3 also helps during winter months.
manganese and taurine taken separately with later supplementation of calcium AEP
and pantethine can eliminate all my symptoms as long as i am not hanging out too
long in high emfs.  i can't say whether any of these will help others here, but
they do wonders for me.  for me, calcium AEP and pantethine (a particular
formulation of B5) have been essential for dealing with ES.  also i am actively
"grounding" myself regularly, using soda and epsom salts baths, etc, and i see
help with all these to some degree or else i wouldn't waste my time with them.
exercise is something else i find important for all my ES symptoms.  otherwise
my lymphatic system just quits moving (for me, lymphatic congestion leads to all
the ES symptoms).

when i injured my hand recently, i severely damaged 1 of 2 main arteries into my
hand. the surgeon said i would have only 50% blood flow for a year or 2 until my
body managed to "reroute" the blood flow to all parts of my hand again.  my hand
was dark coffee colored and very swollen.  i began hanging out twice a week at
a riverbank where there are white water rapids.  i sit on a rock and dangle my
feet in the water there to ground myself.  it has had amazing influence on my
blood flow in my hand and circulation in general!  after about 40 mins there, i
can clearly see all the areas where my blood is flowing well, and not so well.
the middle joint of my index finger to the tip is the worst--it actually turns
almost black.  after going there 2 times, my color and shape began returning
to my hand.  swelling went down and my hand was almost normal size.  BUT i was
in horrible pain in the rest of my body because i moved all the crap
out of my hand and arm into the rest of my body, and my lymphatic system was
not handling it effectively enough.  (even tho hubby was giving me lymphatic
massage daily).  i am recovered now (from the lymphatic backlog--long way to go
yet for my hand) but i am relating how the lymphatics can get overloaded quickly
and it will take awhile to get the crap moved out, during which we will be in
alot of pain--ems, cfs, and fm-wise.  there was a lag between getting my
lymphatics congested to cleared out of about a week.  it would have been even
longer if i hadn't been exercising and soda bathing regularly, doing the
massage, drinking copious amounts of water, and eating copious fruits (yes, i am
back to eating fruits; i didn't eat fruits for 4 years but i need the extra
fiber) and veggies to get my kidneys and bowels working as hard as they could.
all of these influenced my symptoms.   so i am suggesting here that using the
"all the tools
in the shed" approach might also work better for skin burning.  try soda soaks,
R!  you might like it.  work at getting your lymphatic system going as
effectively as possible, too.

my 2 cents.  good luck,
diane

I agree, but sometimes it is the combination of the computer PLUS a
certain supplement that causes problems, where the computer by
itself would not cause the same problems. So it's worth
experimenting to find out.

First you should rule out that the "burning face" isn't being caused by one of the supplements you are taking! After that, I'd look into adding antioxidants,...
