I think good fats, Krill, Phosphatidyl Choline, and other cell wall
protectors help me with the burning. Burning skin is one of my main
symptoms (in addition to headaches and mood) and usually can track the
efficacy of a product by it.

In the past, I have wondered if it is related to the histamine reaction
caused by aluminum. My aluminum is much lower now but still have
symptoms.
