I contacted an attorney yesterday about this. They said if I can find the box of Zicam I used in April, 2007, or have a receipt, I'd have a claim. A professional diagnosis is of no help. Good luck!

I saw this in yesterday's paper, and frankly, this should have been investigated as soon as ONE person lost their smell. I am so grateful my smell has returned, and feel badly so many others suffered as a result of a so-called-homeopath ic remedy. Although my anosmia was caused by a virus, and not Zicam, I can relate. I know there was a settlement from the company, but NO amt. of money can ever compensate for such a loss.(the settlement issue was pointed out to me by a person who has NO clue what anosmia is, and said how nice it must be to get a chunk of $ for such a "minor" thing!)
