when i was looking for a new job about 8 months ago i had exactly the
same problem, i chose not to tell them because i wanted to do it on
my own and prove to myself that i could compete against "normal"
people, i'm thinking of telling them now tho, as alot of my job it
training and i'm finding it hard, i've just applied to become a
special constable and in this i have said that i am dyslexic, some
employers realise that most dyslexic people are as hard working if
not more so than people who don't have trouble, i think it also
depends on how your affected by dyslexia, when i found out i was
dyslesic i told the job i was in, it didn't really make a difference,
but i thought i was doing the rite thing, i'm planning to become a
police officer in a few years time and i think i'll tell them

hope i helped
graham.
