Hi,
I bought some new stuff.
Omega Vegetarian 3-6-9 Liquid. It consists of organic flax, organic
sunflower, organic cocount, borage,and perilla
It is supposed to be good for:
cardiovascular health
healthy glucose levels
joint and skin health
brain function and mental health
infant development
learning and brain development in children
immune system function
improved nutrient absorption
I got Think Clearly by Super Nutrition.
It has 100 mg Choline,100 mg DMAE,125 MG fatty acid,245 mg fiber, 120
mg Ginkgo Biloba,225 mg L-Glutamine, 400 mg Lecithin, L-Phenylalanine,
60 mg Silica, 20 mg Taurine,102 mg L-Tyrosine
with 100 percent vitamin c, 3400 percent thiamine, 588 percent
riboflavin, 500 percent niacin,1000 percent vitamin b6,100 percent
folate,10 percent calcium,and 33 percent zinc.
DMAE,Ginkgo Biloba,Lecithin are the nutrients that Dr Levinson
recommended me to take for my cerebellar vestibular dysfunction
Dyslexic Syndrome. Choline and the vitamin B complexes were
things that he listed to treat cerebellar vestibular dysfunction. I
probably left some stuff out.
These things might help with AD/HD because Dr Levinson believes that
AD/HD is connected to cerebellar Vestibular Dysfunction just like
learning disorders like he believes that Dyslexia and Dyspraxia are.
As you know, I have a history of Auditory Dyslexia which I was in
special education(auditory therapy,speech therapy,phonics) for, and I
was diagnosed inattentive type ADHD and per history: Developmental
Coordination Disorder back in 2004. I have history of
coordination, short term memory, organization, and sequence problems that
fit under Dyspraxia but also Dyslexia. I was misdiagnosed
schizoaffective Bipolar disorder without any psychological testing
done as well as the psychiatrists not knowing about my special
education history. I stress the importance of learning disorders and
neurological conditions be considered before diagnosing anybody with a
mental illness. I don't want anybody to be misdiagnosed, and I would
especially hate that for my future children.
I do have a special attraction for women that aren't of the so-called
norm. Heck..my first crush was a gal who was in special ed like me
when I was in 2nd grade. I think that she was Dyslexic. I find myself
especially attracted to women with Dyslexic,Dyspraxic,ADHD
characteristics. Maybe I just want to be with somebody who shares the
same things as me because then she won't negatively judge me and she
will have empathy for me just like I have empathy for others with
learning disabilities and ADHD. It motivates me to be support
International Dyslexia Association and be an advocate for the learning
disabled including the misdiagnosed learning disabled adults. I feel
that learning disabled adults are the most misunderstood. I have
problems with people with developmental disabilities like autistic
spectrum disorders being put on antipsychotics.
I have also decided to take Kundalini Yoga classes to keep me in
shape, help give me peace of mind and for spiritual development. I am
very interested in spirituality and the metaphysical. I am also
maintaining my lacto ovo vegetarian
diet which I started May of last year. I have lost the desire to eat meat.
BTW....both Dyspraxia and AD/HD were known as minimal brain
dysfunction. I heard something about coordination problems being added
to AD/HD criteria which seems to get more Dyspraxics diagnosed as
AD/HD. Dyspraxia is more recognized in United Kingdom than it is in
USA. Unlike ADHD, Dyspraxia is not treated with medication but
therapies that include speech and physical therapies depending on what
things the Dyspraxia affect.
