However, it's a neurological reason that you see things in 3-d etc. Without
the neurological defect, you would be fine. People that are blind have a
medical reason they can't see, but they can't take medicine either.
Do you see where I'm coming from? I'm fighting for kids with dyslexia to
get services through our state via other health impaired. They can't be
identified as learning disabled because we can't get the discrepancies in
testing to qualify. However, if OHI, then they can begin being served to
help overcome their reading difficulties.
