Yes, this is where the problem lies. We need to return to the community
structure of support. I don't know about about your neighborhood,
however maybe it is time to start thinking in forming neighborhoods with
these special needs in mind. In your case, maybe a roommate who is
willing take on the added responsibility with a child in the same condition.
