For the time being, dysferlinopathy (or even LGMD) is probably too
narrow a topic for somebody to write a book about. There are some
review articles in journals from time to time. One of these (on LGMD)
written by Kate Bushby, one of the discoverers of dysferlin, has the
complete text available for free (in PDF):

it was written in 1999, so the knowledge base has improved
substantially since then (that's one problem with books, they are a
lot of work to write and publish, then can become obsolete quickly).
Admittedly, this is kind of technical and doesn't have as much info as
I'm sure you would like, but hopefully you may find in helpful.
