Hello everyone,

Hope you all are doing well.

My doctor has sent a request to Dr. Vinter at UCLA to have my muscle
biopsy tissue sent to Dr. Hoffman at the Children's Microarray Center
in Washington, D.C for a limb girdle panel. They have given me a
diagnosis 2 times of Polymyositis at UCLA. They don't have the test
to do the Limb girdle panel.

UCLA wants $150.00 to send it out. My Neuro's office won't pay it,
and say they can't bill my insurance (Medicare/Medicaide).

Does anybody know of a way I can get this sent without the fee?

Any help would be appreciated.
