I've been a bad moderator lately. :-(

Somehow, I stopped receiving the notices of members trying to post.
I think what had happened is that I had been using an old e-mail
address which stopped getting forwarded.

I've done two things.

Finally figured out how to have messages sent to my current e-mail
address (Yahoo outwitted me because the e-mail for your overall
account and the e-mail for each gourp are not necessarily one and
the same. So, if someone tries to post, I will at least be aware of
it.

Secondly, I changed the group setting to "moderate for new members"
so that anyone who has been here for a while will just be able to
post without needing my approval.

The reason for putting in the moderation in the first place was that
sometimes people would join the group, spam everyone a couple times,
and then leave. Hopefully moderating for new members will stop all
but the most patient spammers.

Please everyone make sure posts are reasonably on topic, and let me
know if spam becomes a problem.
