Hi everyone! I wish a had found this site early. My name is Misty and
I am the mother of an 11 year old girl with Dwanes in her left eye.
She had surgery for this when she was 5 years old at the University of
Michigan hospital in Ann Arbor. It was the best thing we ever did.
She is doing great and even though she has other vision problems. The
surgery went a long way in helping her. I would reccommend anyone
with a child with this problem to look into that hopital and the
Kellogg Eye Center in Ann Arbor.
