The second surgery he had at three years of age was shorter (MRR)  and he was not sick from the anesthesia and active within a few hours.  In fact, we expected the same scenario and were panicky when he was running around the room later that afternoon.  Again, he was light sensitive, but not sick at all.  In fact he ate a light dinner that night.  Again the next day we were at the car museum in the morning.

I wish you the best of luck.  But the drops were truely the worst thing for us and we traveled from Alabama to California for both surgeries.
