...& saw on VA Letterhead , a statement Where Former VA Secretary Princippi gave a news Brief regarding Chemical Exposures...that occured in the Gulf War. But why did he not also mention any Biological exposures, as well?
The reason I openly ask this, is because, when citing one of my bonified VA ratings, it states that I am quote a "Biological Casualty -- Gulf War Incurred." unquote...go figure...
