i myself am a ods/s veteran
an am a 100% disabled veteran
100% for ptsd
but i have two 30% an a like four more 10%
every since dessert storm i have had some weird health problems
gi issues
arthitis...i have been told that its unusual for anyone to have this much in so many places like i do
i have had 11 surgeries so far
an am facing another one soon
but in truth
some of these surgeries are due to real injuries
but
have some of these injuries been complicated by the fact i am a ods/s vet?
i have been told that we ods/s vets are a seperate type of vet an the va treats us differently like with meds
thou that might be jus a rumor
my wife is a va nurse an she has told me that this has some truth to it
thou right now
i feel fine
an can ambulate well enuff
i have disassociated myself from everyone i went to war with
i dont kno where any of them at or how to get in contact with any of them
i have heard that some have done very poorly
some have committed suicide
i have heard i lasted the longest in the military
but
