Attached to this E-mail is a VA Clinician's guide that lays out how the VA is supposed to do their C&P physical exams. Every Veteran and vet's advocate should have a copy of this 137 page handbook for future reference. It provides wonderful insight into just what goes on behind the scenes with your VA claim and also discusses issues of how to legally redress issues regarding your claim. Also, Chapter 20 contains information that includes exposures that occurred during Operation Desert Storm.
