DRUGS-HR is a harm reduction support group for people who use street drugs or prescription drugs. DRUGS-HR is based on the principles of HAMS (Harm reduction, Abstinence and Moderation Support). We support every positive change. We support each individual in their choice of a drug use goal, whether that goal is safer use, reduced use, or quitting.
