G'day I'm David Rootes.

I'm the DFA Group Owner/Moderator.

In most Countrys of the world we are known as Drug Free Marshalls.

Since September 2003 I've help at the DFA events and this yahoo group with the intention to help create a Drug Free Australia.

I would like to invite you to become a volunteer as well you will learn of DFA events and receive a monthly Newsletter.

Feel free to post a message or photo about Drug Free issues and your experiences with helping others or yourself/others to overcome drugs
Or regarding any questions you may have.

These will be posted pending upon approval of the moderator(s).

The Purpose of this Group is to educate and make aware to Kids, Young Adults and Big Kids at heart (from 6 to 106) about the harmful effects of drugs and create a DRUG FREE AUSTRALIA.

The Drug Free Pledge:
1. Leading a drug-free life.
2. Showing my friends that a drug-free life is more fun.
3. Helping my fellow drug-free ambassadors.
4. Learning more about how drugs really harm people.
5. Telling people the truth about the harmful effects of drugs.
6. Helping my family and friends to be drug-free.
7. Setting a good example to all children by leading the way to a drug-free Australia.
