I called Dr. Joya, off the website. I got Gerald..he
will be there for you for all your needs. He is great
to talk to. Just give him a call..if you haven't
already. He is a "happy-chatty", nice man.
I didn't have any test done before surgery. I did
fill out the med. forms they sent me. I guess they
were reviewed to see if there could be some red flags.
I didn't go in with any real health problems. My PC
Dr. thought this surgery would be GREAT..and was so
happy to know I was getting the sleeve done. Talk to
Gerald,,he will be your best help.
My son and I flew in a day early. It was very
relaxing going in the next morning. I had surgery at
noon. No complications, minor pain, but there was
meds. for all of that. I was off pain meds just a day
or so later. We loved being at the Krystal for
recovery. My son and I had a good time hanging out
there. Yes, there is an elevator at the Krystal. It
seemed clean and well kept to me. We loved sitting
around the pools. There was alot to activities to
watch too.
I'm not sure about the Airline question. I don't even
remember the one we were on. I'm in North Fl. We had a
layover in Houston. We really don't like to fly,,but
it was fine.
I would highly recommend Dr. Joya and staff. If you

ask. There is alot support on Obesityhelp.com for the
gastric sleeve. You must click on "Forums"...then to
the gastric sleeve.
