I am new to the group and have some questions. I have been through
about 50% of the archives but not all of it. So forgive me if this
had already been covered.

How did you initiate the process with Dr. Joya? Did you have to have
test results sent to him ahead of time? Were you able to everything
including the surgery in one trip to PV?

I like the fact that this is a package deal, but do have some travel
questions. Do they use a certain airline or whatever goes to your
area? (I am from St. Louis.) Is there a an elevator at the Krstal?
