Well, although everyone is different, I dont think 4oz is too much. I
eat more than 4 oz at a time and I have 2 fill with a total of 2 cc.
I eat chicken, lean pork and beef and fish. Sometimes I eat weight
watchers frozen dinners. If you need someone for support, I am here
for you. I am a walking, talking advertisement for the lap band and I
love helping people. Congrats on your 2l lb. Im so proud of you!!!

Hello everyone.I got the lap band on Oct 31, 2006. I got pregnant in Feb of 2007. Had a c section in Oct of 2007. Had my gallbladder taken out in Dec of 2007....
