Having problems with message search?
Hi Adrianna,
I had my lap band on 6 December. It was here at Fort Bliss, in El Paso. I have had some problems knowing what to eat and how much I am suppose to eat. It has been hard. I am only down 21 pounds and have had one fill so far. I have tried to reach my doctor, but he is so busy that he does not have time to return my calls. I will be seeing him this coming Thursday for a possible fill....I am trying but it is hard. I need a sponsor. They are doing support group meetings once per month at the hospital, but that is not enough, and the majority of the attendees are bypass patients, not lap band...
I am currently doing a childs plate at meals. Everything on the plate consists of 4 ounces total. I just get this feeling that is too much food for me to be intaking, but I am not sure.

especially Monday-Friday due to work. Working for the Army will not permit us to use yahoo IM unfortunately.
