Congrats on your surgery! Mine was fast
as well and I felt pretty darn good afterwards. I agree that Dr. Fox and his
staff are wonderful and full of helpful info and support. The worst is behind
you and the liquid/mushy phase will be over before you know it. Glad you’re
doing well and continue to keep us posted!

Subject: [drfoxlapband4u] Surgery
was yesterday
Dr Fox is amazing. I had my surgery yesterday morning
at 8 AM and was
released from the surgery center at a little after noon. Last night I
was a bit sore, mostly suffered from gas pains. Today on the other
hand, I am very sore in the stomach. I woke up feeling good until I
went to get up. Whew that hurt! Nothing terribly painful just really
really sore like I did 10,000 sit ups. The right side isn't bothering
me only the left where all the incisions were done.
Dr Fox is my hero. He made me feel so comfortable. Everyone in his
office is amazing. Deborah (in his office) has become very dear to me
as she has helped me through so mmany of the emotional aspects of
this. Everyone in his office is great. The surgery center was
amazing as well. They were so kind and patient with me. They even
called me this morning to see how I did last night and was doing this
morning. They made me feel really important.
This really is a new begining for me.
