I had my first fill today since Oct. and as well went into see Dr.
Fox and the gang. I received alot of useful info today. Jodi you have
been dead on with what Dr. Fox & April spoke to me about today. I
also think that I was taking in to much at one time eating. Dr. Fox
mentioned that I should be eating a dime size amount with approx 1
cup of food total per seating. I am very excited about getting some
more of my weight off. I really do like the apple thing you spoke of.
I am going to try that I do like apples however never thought about
cooking them down to soften them up. I also went today and purchased
the South Beach Diet Book (April if you are reading this I went to
1/2 price books..thanks) I am hoping it will help as well. I will
keep everyone informed of whats going on with my weightloss. Please
let me know how everyone else is doing and if I can offer any support
for you like you did for me. As well let me know of anything that
works for you in your diet. I do hope your appt tomorrow goes well.
