Regarding the sweet tooth : ) I eat yogurt (80 cal), and that helps... but my other little treat is to take an apple... peel it, and cut it into small bite size pieces. Place those on a microwavable plate...and spray them with the low cal spray margarine. Then sprinkle that with a packet of splenda, and top with a little cinnamon. Microwave for 1 minute... and poof... you nearly have apple pie. It is really good.
My other favorite snack is to cut up a fresh cucumber... and dip it into some fat free Ranch dressing. Sort of a chip/dip idea.
I have made a decision to start writing down everything eat again... just to be sure that I am not taking in more calories than I think... and to be sure that I am getting in enough protein. I am lookig forward to my visit with Dr. Fox tomorrow.
Try the apples... I think you will like
