So far, I've lost 15 lbs since 12/18...however, Dr Fox put me on a 3 week liquid diet pre-op of which I lost 22 lbs. So far, I'm done 37 lbs and feeling great! My goal is to lose 100 lbs total by the end of 2007 and I think I get there. If you can make it to the AIGB Aftercare in Richardson for your fills, PLEASE GO! The Physician Asst there was great and the fill only hurt a little bit but before I knew it, it was over!
Hope this help and best of luck to everyone!

Hi guys!
My surgery was on 7/11/06 and I still feel like I am doing so bad,
like I am losing so slow. But I guess bottom line is Dr. Fox said I
was on schedule and doing well, so I have to be happy with what I
have lost so far. I have had a stall for awhile, but after 4 fills,
I have found the "sweet spot" It is awesome. It takes so little to
fill me up now so my calorie intake is way down. I need to check it
to see, but I know from sheer quantity I am doing well. As well as
the pounds I have lost this week after being stalled and my 16's I
just bought are getting looser.
Have patience and it will come...as long as you are not binging and
eating all bad things, you will do okay. Just drink lots of water
and try to exercise every day.
Good luck!!
