Hello!  I have a special invitation.  I invite you to visit the website and blog I have created for my business, Career Direction. My new venture is at the "doing okay" stage, but I seek your help to take it to the Wow, it’s going really well! stage. Would you, please:

1.       Visit my website www.careerdirectiontc.com  and email any comments to shannon@... The concept and organization were my idea.  There are bugs that can be fixed, but the real problem is I wrote all the text. Now, I’m nearly blind and wouldn’t know if I've misspelled my own name.  FYI: The text software is nothing like MS programs. I know only how to do the basics.       

2.      FORWARD THIS EMAIL TO AT LEAST TEN PEOPLE, AND ASK EACH OF THEM TO EMAIL IT TO TEN PEOPLE, and ASK THOSE PEOPLE TO EMAIL IT TO TEN PEOPLE.  With luck, I will get more clients and you will get better gifts!  

3.   Register for the Career Forum and let me know what you think of it.  I have no clue if it accomplishes my goal of having a place for people to talk to each other.  I'm "web-challenged" so my web-tekkie guy and I communicate about as well as Harry Potter and He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named.  He insists the Career Forum does what I want.  But, for the life of me, I can’t figure it out. All advice would be appreciated.

4.       Read my on-line blog with the Record Eagle, the local newspaper in Traverse City, www.recordeaglejobs.com  I’m the Get-A-Job-Guru and file a new column every Friday morning.  I pay for the privilege; it allows me to advertise my services and links to my website. I started it May 4, and since then all my clients have come from it. Again, advice would be appreciated; and

5.     I’m serious about the forwarding.  I really really need the word of mouth advertising.
