Where do you get this stuff? To say a child is
categorically eligible because of Down syndrome only
applies for Early Intervention Programs under Part C
of IDEA. Any diagnosis of a cognitive disability must
be based on standardized tests that produce scores.
Most commonly, these scores are called "Intelligence
Quotients" as they are the result of a verbal and
performance tests resulting in a Full Scale IQ.

Ameilia, Just because you say it over and over doesn't mean it is going to be correct. You should never ever have an IQ test for your child with down Sydrome....
