ok. What we have learnt from all of this is more than
many people learn in there whole life- our outlooks
change and happiness grows deeper and we tend to
appreicate things more. am not saying everything is fine
youll understand that more than most people -i love my
parents and we always will its the emptiness and
isolation that gets to me the most. But time is a healer
time can define..as they say.<br><br>i hope you are

I lost my mum and dad Stephen and i think only
those who have experiences such a loss can empathise as
intensely as we do.<br>Time really is a healer but some of
the greiving stages take longer with different
people<br>You grieve how u want to<br>Bless u and i have missed

hello again<br>Just thought i would keep you
updated<br>Sadly both my parents passed away recently<br>i know
some of you already know about this but i just thought
i would express my feelings a little.<br><br>Mum
died on the 19th September 2001 - i will never forget
that day the worst day in all my life but we coped as
best we could - mum bought us all gifts - gold belt
rings - she got ' i'll always be there ' in the inside
of the ring. This is now my most priceless thing
ever - it means the world to me - and without it i
probably would be doing alot worse - love you mum
x!<br><br>Then on the 12th October 2001 - day after my sisters
16th birthday - dad passed away at home in belfast.
This has been so hard in all of us as you can imagine
- i feel as if am talking about someone else - but
thats life - thats cancer.<br><br>I will be in and out
alot over the next month or so i hope.<br><br>Been
thinking about all of you hope you are all doing good -

Is your sun block and sun screen safe for your
skin? Skin cancer remains on the rise, even though more
people are using sun block. But many are finding that
unsafe sun block is not protecting them from damage from
the sun.<br><br>I recently spoke to a neighbor that
was on vacation with her family and her two year old
baby broke out in a rash all over her back, once at
the hospital the doctor said it was a bad reaction
from her sun block, the childs sun block contained
Antifreeze. So what I told my friend was she was how can
antifreeze protect you from the sun. Propylene Glycol is
used to preserve the shelf life of the product but it
is still antifreeze and it still goes directly into
the childs skin.<br><br>How's that for sun
protection, well I will not trust any sun block or sun screen
on my child unless it is backed by the cancer
prevention coalition and they only back one
company.<br><br>Use safe sun block on your child, I will only use sun
block endorsed by the cancer prevention coalition, sun
block should not contain industrial chemicals and
toxins, if you see Talc, DEA, Aluminum, Propylene Glycol
or any of the 884 most dangerous chemicals used in
