Getting straight information about treating this disease seems more difficult than it should... "up your fibre", "don't eat nuts", "nuts are okay", "you need surgery", "don't have surgery!".

I've been looking for somewhere to get answers from others with the same problem, but not having luck...so I decided to start this.
