Everyone, it would be impolite not to give Sandra some feedback  about this list, since she is going to close it... that said I wanted to mention that I when I see the Hanged man card  I usually think of something as being in "Limbo" and so here we are about to suspend this great list.

There seem to be  some lurkers about and  it isnt clear whether or not they are lurking to pick everyones brain for their own research and or gathering ideas for their own benefit...
Not trying to offend anyone or be rude , its just frustrating  when there isnt too much feedback coming in.

Thoughts :
The Hanged man is bound to the tree by his ankle , The ankles are said to be ruled by Aquarius sign of the mind...indications that it may be time to reverse our opinions of ourselves and the world around us.( keeping in mind weight issues and health)
Now here is another thought to consider.... Bondage /  being bound to the tree can also be seen as bondage , emotional bondage that needs to be confronted and discarded so we can move on and succeed with our weight and health goals,

much love and light
Bev who hopes this Journey does not end
