Went to WW tonight and I've lost another 1.6 pounds making me reach the 10% goal
I set with them when I joined in September.
Liz, best of luck with the eating - you must be eating what I am not. I had a bagel Saturday, a bagel, a few chips & queso & a tamale when Eddie insisted I go out with him Sunday, then a little bit of bean soup Sunday night late from what I had been making on Saturday when I got the calls. Monday I ate nothing until 11 pm when I went & got a chicken sandwich & fries from Burger King. Today I did eat my yogurt, sf jello & a Lean Cuisine cheese ravioli. Yesterday I felt like I would throw up if I ate before all the paperwork was in place. Today even felt a little iffy.
Thanks for the prayers! I am still pretty nervous about tomorrow. The one brother that I haven't had any contact with yet is the volatile one - I would hope that he could control his temper, but who knows. And I am a bit nervous because I certainly don't want to have to try to come up with something to speak about tomorrow, but my mother wasn't attending church anywhere & while my sister says she is trying to get hold of the minister of the church we all grew up in, I first don't think he would agree & 2nd am not sure I want to deal with him at all - but then if I stand back & I am wrong, maybe I won't have to - especially if I am quick enough to the draw & get out of there before he can corner me.
Best wishes for you also with the chiro - right now I am having trouble remembering why you are seeing him/her, but know from personal experience they can be very helpful.

Liz here's hopeing that with posting you'll be able to get the food thing back under control. Cindi thinking of you during this time, hope you are hanging in there!

Exersice both days, pedometer read over 10,000 steps.
Got home before it got completely dark, so decided to take the dogs for a walk around the block before starting dinner. Did have a good chat with the man who had found Fred earlier in the year when he had gotten away from Don - talked about the Neighborhood plate that I had started around the neighborhood as a TY to him & his wife & how their neighbors at least thought it was a great idea. I haven't yet gotten it back in the 4 months since I started it, but at 1 point I know it was on our block since Myrt told me she had it.
Dinner - decided since it was 1 of Don's days off that I would actually cook for us - he still was out wandering who knows where (probably at Diane's, but don't know for sure), so the bean soup I made got finished & went ahead & started without him. Ate too much I know, but I was so tired from not hardly sleeping all week that I just gave in to the warmth of it (I freeze when I am really tired).
Total walking for the day was 2.657 miles. And the scale is showing .2# less than yesterday now.
Breakfast one cup of coffee with sugar free creamer, 2 slices of bacon, one
pancake
Lunch peanut butter and crackers
Dinner Lee's chicken (1 1/2 breast) 4 potato logs, cole slaw, green beens
drank a total of 4 bottle waters
pedometer reads 10,000 steps which covert to a little over 3 miles.
lunch - Lean Cuisine parmesan breaded fish meal - was ok, but still had to work at making myself eat the fish.
Snack - lf yogurt & sf jello
dinner - salad w/grilled chicken breast & brown rice w/Chinese style veggies
Snack - frozen grapes
This week is not only working on getting rid of the weight that has come back, but also fluids. So the scale is showing a difference of 6.7# since Monday. Now the hardest part is going to be resisting temptation to mindlessly snack over the weekend since Don will be working both days & nothing really is planned.
The walking was 1.634 miles. I finally remembered to actually put on the pedometer.
Br - Coffee/ID creamer, Fiber One bar
Lunch -out - Wheat wrap (was pretty big) with smoked turkey, brie, apples &
there was some kind of sauce in it. Side salad with dried tomato dressing
2 "small" pieces of cookie
Dinner - 4 W.W. mini cakes
snack - 2 W.W. pops
Odd food day, but no bingeing....
Grateful to be posting again....
Have a good night ladies!
Kudos on the 35 lbs Bonnie....
I was down 25 a month ago & don't know what scale said on Monday, but we'll see
soon enough.
I think I'm down closer to 40 from the Fall of 2007
Lost 15 that Fall and 25 this past Spring
Hopefully, we can get back on the stick and start the "losing" again.
Blessings to you both!
Breakfast-two cups of coffee with sugar free creamer
Lunch-cheese stick and grapes
Dinner- 5 cheese coneys from Gold Star
Drink: total of 3 bottle waters
Exercise: pedometer is at 12000 steps.
Thanks for your praise. As to date I've lost about 35 pounds! I need to talk to
the doctor about what was my highest weight before I can say for sure how much.
Snack - lf yogurt, sf jello & a small piece of ice cream cake
Dinner - snackies hit me! Bowl left-over bean soup w/crackers, Chinese veggies & brown rice, frozen grapes & more frozen grapes!
If I wasn't wanting to snack, I was wanting to nap - was told to take the evening off from the gym - so had trouble not being my normal evening.
Forgot to put on the pedometer again, so no idea on the walking. Just know that I can't wait until I stop feeling the pulling in the side of the knee so that I know I don't have to worry as much about over doing it. The good part is that the feeling of side to side movement has stopped.
