Re: hi!!!!

Today I've had coffee (regular cup size, about a tablespoon of creamer
and 2 1/2 teaspoons sugar), 2 slices of pizza (toppings were ground
beef, mushrooms and onions) and a Monster energy drink. I've been
having acid reflux pretty bad today so I haven't been up to eating
much. I am probably going to find something I can tolerate eating for
"dinner." I also worked out for about 1 hour and 45 minutes at the
gym.
