I live about 40 minutes from West Point, about 1/2 way between NYC & West Point.
Every year WP has a 4th of July concert (Sousa, etc) and fireworks over the
Hudson River....it was a wonderful evening...weather beautiful....MOBS of
people...long time getting in and out....but just a great night....
Cindy---wasn't Audrey's husband there for a while??

Eating still going better....grateful that the "slumps" or binges don't last
months...even though this last one was a week+, it was not months+ so I'm
grateful.....
