Bad in my posting I should say. Like you Liz, it's been an emotional week,
however been good with my eating. It's the liquids that I've consumed that's
bad. Almost a whole jug/bottle of wine Sunday night!! Then vented my feelings
into the cleaning of my house and the summer work that I do. Will try to post
tonight and get back to doing this every day.....
