Hi everyone,
Ok I had turkey, stuffing, rolls, black eyed peas, collard greens &
mac & cheese for my New Years Day dinner. I also baked brownies,
cookies, and a pie. Not good. I didn't eat breakfast or lunch, just
dinner I know I'm setting myself up for disaster already.
I have an idea in addition to us keeping a food log is using the
current food pyramid site to find out where we are, what we need, and
how to get there and maintain it.
The government has restructured the pyramid and it has a food tracker
on it, and meal plan suggestions. There is a whole separate section
just for kids and it's interactive.
My point here is that even though we all want to lose weight to be
healthy we have to make sure we don't get ourselves seriously ill in
the process from some wierd diet.
