Okay, yesterday wasn't a good day. Pretty bad, especially for day
2!! We were at my parents, with my husband and dad working on my
parents new house. THEN we had to drive to Quincy to finalize
paperwork on refinancing our house. That meant eating out for 2 of 3
meals yesterday! And no exercise, except walking around shopping ;-)
Breakfast: FiberOne cereal and skim milk.
Snack: small piece of twizzler.
Lunch: cheese breadsticks with marinara, cinnamon sticks with cream
cheese frostin/sauce, and 2 hot wings.
Supper: salad bar at Kelly's restarant. I had a large spinach salad
with carrots, mushrooms, a little cheese, sunflower seeds and some
western dressing. I ate a bunch of pickled beets, which are my new
favorite thing. Also, I had half a cup of cheese soup with croutons,
a small cheddar biscuit, a few bites of hubby's steak...some of his
fries... so much for me ordering salad bar!
Grrr. Not a good day.
