Jessica,
I believe you will probably find that the acid reflux will lessen & most likely vanish as you reach your goals of losing weight. You might also notice that certain foods or ingredients tend to trigger it. For a while, if I ate onion, I would tend to get acid reflux. Or if I drank lemonade with spaghetti, for instance.
Keeping a food diary like this might help you to identify the problem areas.
