Very true. I will have to check that website out. I used to be pretty
good with knowing portion sizes (meat=a deck of cards, cheese=a domino,
etc.)...wonder if they changed that? I know it has definitely been
revise since I took Nutrition in college.
I just made a grocery run and read the labels really well. I bought
several of the Fiber One products. I really like the cereal and
poptarts, and I got some bars, too. I am hoping that increasing my
fiber and water intake will help like it is SUPPOSED to ;-)
