jim the only thing i cut from my diet was sugar all sugar ...cept what is found in foods naturally...i also use splenda...and they do make an icecream that is...

Actually, starch is worse than sugar, for sugar will send your blood glucose up, but it will fall; starch will send it up and keep it up. I'm not doing so...
