Hello All
Just joined and wanted to say hello. My name is Beth and I am from
Kentucky.
I was diagnosed with diabetes approx one year ago and did fairly well
controlling it with diet and moderate exercise. However, the last few
months have been a roller coaster and don't seem to be able to get it
under control.
In addition to the DM, I do have a weird kidney problem - I'm a stone
former and get frequent infections, which of course, just adds to the
complication of getting the DM under control. My sugars, when
infection free, range from approx 95-130. When the infections kick
in, they jump to well over 300.
Just totally frustrated at times.
Hope to hear some motivating stories and suggestions from "y'all"
