ORIENTAL BROILED FISH

1 tbl vegetable oil
1 tbl soy sauce
1/8 tsp ground ginger
1 clove garlic -- crushed
1 package frozen unbreaded fish fillets -- (16 oz)
thawed
2 tbl minced green onions
Combine first 4 ingredients in bottom of a broiling pan. Place
fillets in pan, and turn to coat with oil mixture.
Cover and marinate in refrigerator at least 1 hour.
Broil fillets in marinade 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily
when tested with a fork. Sprinkle with green onions before serving.
Yield 12 servings
